Annabelle Gurwitch is an American comedian, author and television host most recognizable from her stint as hostess on Dinner and a Movie on TBS and activist associated with environmental issues and secular humanism. Annabelle Gurwitch, a New York Times bestseller and critically acclaimed actress is The New York Times's Top-Seller Author of her memoirs Wherever You Are There Then I'm Sure It was a long time ago that you tried to Say Tomato When you say Fired, I Say Shut up and Fired. The book was also featured on a Showtime Comedy Special. Gurwitch was a long-time host of TBS's Dinner & a Movie and TV viewers will remember her unforgettable appearances on shows such as Better Things Boston Legal Seinfeld Dexter Murphy Brown as well as hosts of the sustainable series WA$TED which airs on The Planet Green Network.
