Pop Smoke was one of the most well-known and successful Rapper born in the month of July, 1999. CardiB made a Welcome to the Party Instagram video. Bashar Barakah Jackson (July 20th, 1999 until February 19, 2020) popularly referred to by the name of Pop Smoke, was an American musician and rapper. Victor Victor Worldwide and Republic Records signed Pop Smoke to record. Pop Smoke became famous as a Brooklyn drill producer by working in collaboration with UK producer 808Melo Axl Beats & Yoz Beatz. In April of 2019, he dropped the track Welcome to the Party the lead single of his debut mixtape Meet the Woo which was launched in July of this year. The song was remixed by American rapper Nicki Minaj and British musician Skepta. Both were released in the summer of 2019. Pop Smoke's breakout song Welcome to the Party was released in April of 2019. It is the first single off his mixtape debut Meet the Woo. Then, in August 2019 two versions of the track were made available. One featuring Nicki Minaj while the second included Skepta. The inclusion of UK drill production was evident throughout the track and throughout his discography. This is due to his collaborations together with British producer 808Melo. Following the rise to popularity of Welcome to the Party he worked with other well-known artists for singles like: War featuring Lil Tjay and 100k on a coupe which featured Calboy. In December 2019, he worked on Gatti with JackBoys and Travis Scott which is the last track on album JackBoys (2019) album produced by Scott as well as his Cactus Jack members.
